SAPA 2D1N TREKKING & HOMESTAY EXPERIENCE

A great experience to explore Sapa on foot, stay with a local family, and learn more about the local ethnic culture.

DAY 1: Sapa – Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van

(9–11 km | ~5.5 hours trekking)

• Start at 9:00 AM – we will meet you at your hotel in Sapa or at Sapa Church
• After a short introduction, begin trekking down to Y Linh Ho with beautiful mountain and rice terrace views
• Lunch at a small local restaurant run by a Hmong family
• Continue to Lao Chai – one of the biggest and oldest Hmong villages
• Then trek to Ta Van village, where Giay and Hmong people live
• Along the way, your guide will share more about local life and culture
• Arrive at the homestay – rest, take a shower, relax
• In the evening, you can join a cooking session and enjoy a traditional dinner

DAY 2: Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai – Sapa

(7–8 km | ~4 hours trekking)

• Start your morning with tea or coffee in a peaceful setting
• Breakfast at the homestay
• Trek through bamboo forest and rice fields
• Visit Giang Ta Chai waterfall (swimming is optional)
• Continue through the Red Dao area
• Have lunch before heading back
• Car transfer back to Sapa
• Tour ends around 2:00 – 3:30 PM
• You can book a bus from 4:00 PM onward

BAGS (LUGGAGE)

• For big luggage: please bring it to Sapa Church → we will help transfer it to the homestay for you
• During the trek, just carry a small bag (water, sunscreen, mosquito spray, comfortable clothes)
• On Day 2, after breakfast, leave your bags at the homestay → we will return them to you after the trek
